MVOS is a modern digital platform designed to help businesses manage company formation, verification, and ongoing services in one place. It transforms complex administrative workflows into a smooth, user-friendly experience for both clients and administrators.
The reality before MVoS
Forming a company meant toggling between Companies House, a KYC provider, a payment processor, and a CRM — with someone manually copying data between all of them. AML checks were done separately and logged in a spreadsheet. Reconciliation happened at month-end: bank statements downloaded as CSVs, reformatted in Excel, matched line by line against invoices, with receipts chased from clients by email. Accountants spent more time collecting information than analysing it. And with AML fines up 417% in H1 2025, the compliance risk of this approach was becoming existential.
