From move-in and move-out workflows to council and utility notifications, the platform automates every step reducing admin work, improving compliance, and giving full visibility across all properties. The system transforms fragmented operations into a structured, automated workflow ensuring every action is tracked, validated, and completed without manual intervention.
The reality before Rynt.it
Every tenancy change triggered a cascade of manual tasks: phoning the council, emailing utilities, chasing meter readings, filing paperwork, and logging it all somewhere. For a landlord with 10 properties, that's not admin — that's a part-time job. For a letting agency managing 200, it's a department.
